I absolutely loved a game called Black Dahlia but I can’t play it with Microsoft XP. Anybody know if I can get a copy of the game that works with XP? If not can anybody recommend good adventures games for the PC that are similar. Black Dahlia was a crime/mystery type game with lots of sleuthing and puzzles it had a really brilliant storyline too.

Just wondering...does anyone of you correspond by snail mail with your online friends?

What do you usually send your penpals or write to them about?

By the way, suggest some things I can send to my penpal who lives half a world away?
I can draw and paint pretty well but not sure what it's suitable to be sent in postage, since if it's too big it will cost alot.

Thanks.

I got my rook pierced one year ago. I've been cleaning it daily and it is not swollen, red, or bleeding. The past week or so, my ear has been sore. I'm wondering if it could be an infection? Or, perhaps I'm just sleeping on it improperly and it is getting sore. What do you think?

My 3 yr old knows his abc's, how to count, shapes, and colors. We are now learning actual letter and number recognition, but I feel as if he should be learning more? What else is there?
Thank You.

Is it possible to move beyond what others feel is best for you and look under every rock until you find what you are happy with? Pertaining to Life, Love, Work, Religion? I know it is....But oppression seems to haunt me...I gotta do what I gotta do.....And I have only myself to blame...I allowed momentary lack of reasoning to cloud my ultimate vision for myself. Accountability is one thing...Brushing the dust from my garments and forgiving trespasses is another...Whew!! Liberation!!

Certainly world history must give us pause and make us wonder what role religion has played in the many wars that have devastated mankind and caused untold suffering.
The realm of Christendom has been noteworthy for its hypocrisy in this field. In two world wars, Catholic has killed Catholic and Protestant has killed Protestant at the behest of their “Christian” political leaders.
The teachings of a religion should influence the personality and the daily conduct of each believer. Thus, each person’s conduct will normally be a reflection, to a greater or lesser degree, of that one’s religious background. What effect does your religion have on you? Does your religion produce a kinder person? More generous, honest, humble, tolerant, and compassionate?
These are reasonable questions, for as one great religious teacher, Jesus Christ, stated: ......by their fruits you will recognize true Christians.”—Matthew 7:17-20.

Any comment?

She wrote a love poem to this boy that she likes. This boy has a girlfriend already, and his girlfriend got PO'd at the love peom when she wrote it. But the guy obviously likes both of the girls. Should i just get between this, or get some popcorn and watch a great chick fight.

It first became prominent at the Battle of Staligrad and soon after at the Battle of Berlin during WWII. It affected child soldiers in both Russian and German armies ( ie Hitler Youth). Does anyone know the clinical German name and which source can be referenced

I've recently had a baby and although I know I don't want another one for a while (3 or 4 years) I do know I want another one. I was really depressed when I was pregnant (not cos of the baby but cos of hormones) and horrible to my husband. Now I know he doesn't want to go through another pregnancy in case I'm the same again. I know I won't be cos I have my little girl to put first now. He also has another daughter from a previous relationship so think he feels like he has "finished" but I'm not! What should I do?

I've been seperated from my wife for 7months now. We are still great friends because we have a daughter together but she lives in Arizona and I live in California. I went on a date recently with a girl that I was friends with before my wife and I met but when my wife and I were together you could say they became friends but not like BEST FRIENDS, you know? On the date we both realized that we weren't going to pursue a relationship because it was a little weird so that was that. Word got back to my soon to be ex wife that I went on the date and she confronted me about it and I explained that nothing happened and nothing was going to happen. She accepted that and we still are best friends. Here's what I don't understand, I was planning to go on a trip to LA with 2 of my friends, one of them being the one I went on a date with. She heard about what my ex said and now she doesn't want to me to go because she's uncomfortable. WTF?! They were never that close. What do you all think?

I need either a class or library as long as it's ridiculously easy. I prefer a single client and server program that shows an example of sending data to the server and recieving a response.
