If they retain that relief corps and even improve on it, the Reds will definitely contend.

This is St. Louis' last chance at anything. The Cards won't be contenders next season and neither will the Astros. Your stiffest comp might come from Milwaukee but other than them, you might be looking at an NL Central crown in 2007.

As a Cards fan, I say yes. But they wont win the Central. Cards own that Division. Reds are damn impressive though. There pitching is near perfect. Harang was a good surprise this year.

No, next year it will be the Mets, Phillies, Cardinals and Rockies, that's right, the Rockies will be the NL Weak, I mean West champs, Phillies will be the Wild Card.
