Ive got this thing in my head where I keep thinking about dieing every day, I get really worked up and scared about it, I havent got anything wrong (hopefully) but it scares me stiff to think that one day I wont be here. I try to stop thinking about it but it always comes back into my head. How can I snap myself out of it? I know a lot of you will say i need to appreciate life, I really want to but its like sometimes this takes over my head. Only genuine answers please.

The type of heat-pump (or cooling!) where the big unit is wall-mounted outside, and the smaller spreader is wall-mounted inside.
The big challenge seems to be the piping required between them, containing the "magical" freon-replacement liquid. [Seems to be R410A on the Panasonic-unit I'm looking at.]

I've been reading that to disinfect your current toothbrush, you could dip it in hydrogen peroxide for a few minutes, rinse it out and let it dry.

Is this a good thing to do? Could it be potentially damaging to the teeth to use a brush that's been dipped in hydrogen peroxide?

Muslims will try to tell you that they believe in Jesus but they dont

1. They dont believe that he was the son of God
2. They dont believe that he died for the sins of anyone, because they dont believe Christ died at all

That was the purpose of Christ to die for our sins, and Muslims have twisted that, they are Pagans, and they bow to a stone 5 times a day
