Iam from s.a and very fat.I have used many product but nothing seems to help me.I try to drink just water and walk every day,but that did"nt help either.I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.

watch what your eating try to cut down on saturated fats and try jogging instead of walking!

The best way to loose weight is at a natural pace do it too fast and it will come back just as quick, even quicker.
A balance of healthy food drinking water instead of sugary drinks such as soft drinks, juices supermarket bought, homemade fresh juice is fine) and cordials, and exercise the trick is to burn more calories than you eat.
If that doesn't seem to work it maybe a metabolic or another problem, so if you find none of your efforts towards loosing weight don't work than maybe speak to your doctor or a nutritionist that could help you out.

But remember loosing weight doesn't happen overnight, so be patient and keep with it

I know a lady who claims that she has lost a total 50 lbs simply by cutting out soft drinks completely, not even the diet drinks. I personally have lost 4 lbs in 3 days this week by doing the same. I drink coffee and Powerade (I just don't like plain water). However, I am taking my new "diet" one step further. No red meat and no bread. I'm getting my necessary carbs from pasta and rice. You are on the right track, but it will not happen overnight. And eating 6 what I like to call "half-meals" a day is helping me eat less and not crave the snacks.

But above all, call your doctor. Line out what you want to achieve and what you don't want to do to get there. He/She may give you some pointers.

I guess we all should be asking, what are you calling "fat". If your 6' tall and 180 lbs, that's not fat. But if you're only 5' tall and 180 lbs, that's fat.

Its a good start. Walk everyday and drink as much water as you can BUT have also fun and eat nice things. Eating means culture and not fast food. If you dont have time for a lunch or dinner dont eat just something. Buy the best food you can get and pay. Try to get the taste of pure food. No 100.000island sauces. Chicken and salads with good olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Thats how you can loose weight. NO CHEAP FOOD!!!!!! Its too much fat inside. Before you go to sleep drink a glass of lemmon juice (without sugar or honey) Dont use sweetener and please forget all these low..... products(low fat low...)

Believe me you are on the right track but give yourself time. It took a lot of time to get the wheight to losse you need the same time. Become a Gourmet and believe me you will be the winner.

Work out 3 times a week for 30 min.
Drinking water is a great idea, but you also need juice, either vegetable or fruit.
Eat 6 small meals a day, consisting of 4 oz of meat & 4 oz of green veggies.
I did this for a year & lost 100lbs.

This is the latest if your in bed by 9 or 10 and you get 8 hours of sleep in one year you will lose 10 pounds and don't have to do anything!

You started on the right path, by increasing your water intake to 8 glasses a day and a moderate exercise program. Along with this you need to eat several, (6) small meals a day, paying attention to the fat and caloric intake- by eating several times a day, you can curb hunger and in fact increase your metabolism, to keep it running smoother for losing weight.

If you only drink water and don't eat your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight.

Why not go and see your doctor for advise.


Apologies, I misunderstood you, I thought you were only taking water and not eating. Some good advice posted above

make sure u eat atleast 3 healthy meals a day...do not skip breakfast, eat less bread and pasta but fill up on veg and salads. walking is good but also if u do sum housework...dance while doing it. it makes it fun. its the little things that help...run upstairs insted of walking. to keep weight off u need to lose it slowly, stick to it cozits worth it.

one thing i learnt from life is that: happiness makes a person fat & sorrows makes him thin.... i m 16 but when i was 12 i was fat...
i never reduced my weight by dieting ... ha but exercising only for 1 hr a day.... that also for 2months...then too i did not become thin,then i started to hurt myself by calling me fat & i use to cry...
that made me die in sorrows... but after a month i really did see the change taken in my weight.... it was a magic.....
i advice u ,,, call yourself fat ,try even once... bear it... bear others laugh on you... i promise u one day u will soon bcome thin....
