...and why do I care so much?!?

Your question is probably more brilliant than my response. We are all very materialistic and bear immense social pressure to live up to expectations. We are all so defensive, quick to judge, and moody.

I'm not sure how to teach yourself to care less; some people use alcohol, marijuana, or another mind-numbing drug, but that is like sweeping the mess under the couch. Even if a psychiatrist perscribes it, the medication probably has more problems associated with it than existed in the first place.

You care so much because you are a good person and want everyone else to know that too but you are unsure that you are consistent enough to keep public opinion of you positive. You might be concerned that some person, by sheer luck, has witnessed you in circumstances that would be easily misunderstood as you being looked down upon.

The thing is, if you're THAT concerned about it, you're probably better off than most people are. Just take a deep breath, tell yourself that everyone else is in the same boat you are, and relax.

enable me placed it that way; in case you do not get compelled to purchase wellbeing care; as an American we can not pass away you to die in case you like care; so......... who's gonna pay for it. Now if there is not any public option the place the contest gonna come from?? Oh the wellbeing care businesses they gonna occasion and say enable deliver the value dow; we don't would desire to make that plenty money. Lol. Now the value of care has been delivered down, you nonetheless refuse to get assurance; it potential you're in basic terms hell bent on having others pay for you. FREELOADER. do no longer take it own, i'm in basic terms bored with buying a number of those.... that refuse or each so often can not locate the money for assurance.

whether you are a good or a bad person or whether you care a lot or dont care about the others, they will still care about you. maybe not so much as you expect but people like to talk about people. so in the end why not use your time for something more productive like personal activities, such as reading, following a hoby, socializing etc, and let other people think or talk about whatever they like.

If you have done nothing wrong, or have done nothing to be ashamed of then you should not care. You have to be happy with yourself and feel good about yourself first. I try to be nice to people and treat people with respect. I treat my friends and neighbors the way I wish to be treated. I also believe that being honest, without being cruel, is the best policy. If I can look at myself in the mirror without being ashamed, then if someone else is not happy with me, that is their problem.

First thing to do is realize that what YOU think about yourself is the most important thing. You are just as smart as the average person or maybe smarter, so there is no reason they would know better. Other people do not know you better than you know yourself so why does THEIR opinion about YOU matter more than yours? - It doesn't. Once you realize this you will be free from this fear of what others think.

Pray to God every morning when you awake that he helps you show
patients and understanding, forgiveness and kindness to everyone to see and not let you hurt anyone and to let these things be extended to you also. I say that prayer every day and I know the prayer is answered every day because I have faith in God. Whatever you give is what you will receive. Just know it will work. May God be with you.

I used to think like that and was really worried about what people thought of me.

But I thought walking around London one day that no one is taking any notice of me! Even if they were I would probably never even see them again - ever!

You are unsure of yourself. Develop your self-confidence to the point where you know you are worthy of anything. Then, the rest of the world will be wanting YOUR approval, not the other way round.

I guess it is because we are overly sensitive...and we are not hard-hearted people. I know what you mean because even I can become soooooodepressed over the tiniest of things people say about me.....I'd also like to know the answer to your Q...

Good luck!

You have to accept yourself. You need to say "This is me and the way I look. I don't care if you like it or not it's either take me as I am or leave.
