I bought a car the and the seller told me the AC was working ,but it wasn't (i believe on his word because is a friend of the family...bad mistake) we agree to go to the mechanic and that he will pay the cost to fix it, but as soon as he knew that it will cost $600 he refuses to give me any money, i still own him $750 and i gave him 4 post dated personal checks of $187 each WHAT CAN I DO? can i go to the bank and tell them no to pay the checks ,and on the CANADIAN laws what could happen
(what really upset me is that i call and told him the AC wasn't
working one hour after he gave me the car and he said "do not worry i gave you my word the AC was working and i am a honest person ,i will fix it)

My kitchen is red very red I'm lost on the living room color. Sence these rooms run together I'm thinking of something in the orange hue not bright but muted color. I just don't know if this is to much? also from my kit/livi you can see the bath that I painted purple. I love this color and need this all pulled together. With the living room color any ideas

tonight is homecoming and i'm not going to get my hair done, but my date's mom got me a hairpiece from flowerama. it has a white rose with little blue sparkles and it is attached to a litte comb and i was just wondering where i put it in my hair and can i still wear it even if i leave my hair down because i have to do my own hair. thanks.

I have several perennials (roses etc) in clay pots on a rooftop garden. How can I best protect them for the upcoming Canadian winter? Should I bring them indoors, or wrap them in heavy plastic and leave them outdoors, near the house for "warmth"? Or is there something else I could/should be doing?

Because of the fear of divorce many men have set up things called "Nest Egg accounts." A nest egg account is a bank account men put most of their money into and keep it secret from their wifes. In the event of a divorce, men will then empty this secret account and keep the money hidden so the wife cannot steal half his stuff. What are your thoughts on this??? Do you think this is caused by greedy men or is it a result of so many golddiggers?????

I have a g/f.. but I can't really see her.. and if we do.. its once a week, but its only for around 15 minutes.... then there's another girl.. that catches my attention...

I think that she likes me.. she's been finding out things about me.. like who my ex's were... where I live.. and basically she gets that information from other people...

then she always chooses me as her partner in class... she hasn't really said anything about liking me... and I think it's because she's just trying to get to know me... but I doubt she doesn't know I have a g/f already...

and the thing is.. i might move at the end of the school year.. but I don't want to leave my g/f.. because she's going through a lot right now and I fear that she will fall if I leave her.. I don't want that to happen... what would you do?..

This is my guide to making a natural but beautiful look.
1. Apply Mascara on top lashes, but less on the bottom, so that it makes your top look bigger.
2.Apply eyeliner ONLY at the bottom of your eyes, starting from the outer corner of your eyes (the side by your hair) and only continue until HALFWAY to the inside corner of your eye. This shouldn't be too thick; it should look pretty but natural. This balances out your top and bottom, but differently. (*For an extra smoky look, smudge the eyeliner a little bit)
3. To give yourself a truly nude lip, take some cover up(powder or liquid) and put some on your lip until it blends in. I used powder. Then take some clear lip gloss and put it ON YOUR FINGER.
4. Smear your finger over your lip until it is covered lightly with clear lip gloss. Make sure you do this CAREFULLY:You want the color to stay.
And thats it! It should come out looking natural. If you want more BAM, use a natural eyeshadow above your eyes only until the crease.

Places like Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, all of these Mideastern states. Why are these states so poor in accordance with the other states. On top of that these very poor states want to charge an arm and a leg to customers. (Economy within the state) I'm thinking seriously about moving someone has to do something about this or I'm going to have to move to a better state with a better economy and higher paying jobs. I guess a big city.
