There are kits that you can purchase. They cost between $18 and $25. They are basically paper mache. Some upscale children's stores carry them or go on line. They provide all of the materials and directions on how to do it.

Tell her to be careful about what she uses. A guy tried to use plaster of paris to make a cast of his hand. That stuff heats up and expands. He lost three fingers and got a serious burn. I don't know what would be best to use.

plaster of paris and some paper towels or rags or something. a friend of mine did that every month and put them on the walls of the nursery -- i think its stupid.
