My child has to find two insects for school she found a rolly polly or pill bug and we dont know if it is really a insect

The more commonly used name is sow bug or wood lice, but they have more than six legs, so they're NOT insects. They are, believe it or not, crustaceans. See the wikipedia link below. The people who said they are insects are very wrong.

My daughter had to catch 20 insects for her class and what she got included wasps, bees, crickets, grasshoppers, butterflies, moths, walking sticks and cicadas.

Also, spiders are not insects, they are arachnids.
