im 20 my friend is 22. We're both with guys but if i ask her to come out or do something she checks what her boyfriend is doing first!!

Should I say something to her?!

I would like to know if anyone has an opinion as to wheter or not this ticket was justified. Here is the situation.

I live in Texas, I was at an intersection in front of a school, I stopped behind the crosswalk, I started to move forward and then noticed a car coming so I stopped, at this point I was partially in the crosswalk, a child came along and crossed in front of me, I was pulled over and ticketed for "entering a crosswalk when occupied" the way I see it is that the child entered the crosswalk after I occupied it. Was I wrong?
