I need to lose about 30 pounds. I have tried some of the fad diets, but they didn't work. I tried the miracle pills, and they just gave me the jitters. I have started cutting back on food intake. I only heat half of each meal. I'm not cheating; I don't eat sweets anymore; I don't eat a lot of carbs. Nothing is helping. I have been doing this for about three months, and I have actually gained weight (4 pounds). I need some help with this. Any suggestions?

He calls me every nite from his cell phone, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day because he works out of town. 2 yrs ago, he upgraded his cell phone service and bought 5 phones in the upgrade. He gave 1 phone to his daughter who is 25 yrs old, and 1 to her husband who is 30 yrs old, 1 to his 28 yr old son and 1 to his 15 yr old son and 1 to homself. He pays the cell phone service for all of these people. My cell phone service was up, so I went out and got my own contract for 1 phone. I am so mad, I have decided if he wants to be such a jerk about it, he can pay to call me and I switched companies. Now he wants my old cell phone and battery. No way! He was so inconsiderate, he can pay me for them. Do you think I am being petty? Opinoins please, maybe if you tell me I am being irrational, I will stop and give him my verizon cell phone and the $45 dollar battery I purchased for it 3 months ago.

I need to look "perfect" all the time. I care so much about what I wear, I could spend hours in front of the mirror trying on different outfits. I spend a considerable amount of money buying new clothes every month, my closet is about to explode. It's like an obsession. I can't just wear running shoes and t-shirt, no matter what the ocassion is... I always gotta look my best. M hair is about 1 inch longer then my neck, it is naturally curly, I want it straight, and also I have no idea how to use a curler!! If you have any suggestions for that please give them!
