No thanks, I don't plan on dying...I'm just going to fade away.

No - I like have some uncertainty in my life - its bad enough already I know I am pretty much guarenteed that I will die and its guarenteed I have to pay taxes every year. The fact that I know I have to have a reckoning with the tax man every year around April 15th is more than enough for me.

It's hard to choose.
If I knew how and when I would die, then I would know I could survive anything else, which could help me live my life to the fullest in that way.
On the other hand, all that dread would be there and it might keep me from really enjoying what I was doing.

Yes, that way i would know how much time i had to do all the things i've wanted to do....like go parachuting, stay at a fancy spa, go to Europe, all kinds of stuff. And i would want to know so i could find all my friends around the world and spend time with them, letting them know how much i care about them ( let's not forget my family either).

Yeah, because I don't want to bother to show up at work at least a couple of months before I die.

No, I think I would end up worrying myself to an even earlier death, I will stick with the element of surprise till my day comes.

You question assumes that our lives are ruled by fate. If you knew that you were going to die of a heart attack, then you could begin to take better care of yourself and perhaps take medication that would allow you to avoid that fate...

NO..because you would spend your life dreading and fearing that day..you wouldn't have time to enjoy the life you were given to live.
