I got it half way out but thats it. i dont want to grab it because thats gross. Im trying to shake but it wont break off. what should I do

First quit typing and deal with your issue.
You need to drink lots of fluids and maybe start a fiber supplement to keep this from happening again.
If all else fails then wrap paper on your hand and pull......gross or not, you need help with that puppy.

eeeewww... if it's stuck half way and you are on the internet, you're gross. And since you are gross, just pull the damn thing out and be done with it. Just make sure you wash your hands properly with soap and water.

controlled breathing .......maybe focus on something that's special to you...perhaps it would help if someone held your hand and coached you through it perhaps one of your many dominions ....i would say pray but you are Satan no help there......besides Ive used the praying technique doesn't work in situations like this.......i know do you have a dog and if so how well do you trust him.
