I hear so many people talking about undocumented aliens working here and working there.

How do you know they are undocumented?

Did you ask their employer to open their employment records to you?

Do you think you can identify an undocumented worker just by seeing them?

Do they have a certain look?

Can it be that they look just like you and me?

Are we not all God's children?

I've always been a big girl. The tallest one in my class, the chubby one in the family, I come from a family of a line of pretty thin cousins. Growing up an only child I was told to see my cousins as my brothers and sisters, Only I was the one they felt they could pick on. They called me horrible names like PIG, RHYNO, ELEPHANT, and other Fat names. Thanks to these cousins of mine I grew up with no self-esteem that I think is now enterfeering with my marrage. I constantly compair myself to other women, even my husbands ex's. I want to feel pretty and sexy for him, but when I try to, believe it or not but I still feel UGLY and FAT like I did when I was little. HELP PLEASE!! NICE ANSWERS ONLY...

I just bought an older bike that lacks the little holes that aftermarket brackets use to tighten down pannier racks. I don't want one of those seatpost pannier racks. Are there any other options??

i work out cardio and weight lift every other day i just started a new rotiune only a fews ive started and i have already plateou again and at the most losing two pounds a week but after losing nothing for a week or two when i have a very good diet that was designed for me the healthy way and im not burning myself out excersizing but still working and challenging myself ive lost 70 pounds in the last 7 months but i need to lose more then 8 pounds a month i know 15 pounds is more do-able and idealy 20 pounds is attainable not recommended but can be done but what am i doing wrong what do i need to do to lose weight im desperate but wont do fad diets or pills what should i do?
