I guess...you are not Losing up Your Weight Because...you are Building Up ur Muscles....Try Only JUMPING......Climb Up and DOWN your Stairs......
Jogging....that will Help you Lose Weight....But Working Out with DUMBBELLS....will Help you Build UP Muscels.....and that will Surely Not help you Lose Weight.......Enjoi Working Out.

I was having the same problem as you recently...I've lost a lot of weight and then hit a plateau and started losing like 5-10 lbs per month. I also started lifting weights so it made my weight loss even slower. I guess it was a combination of the weight lifting and the diet, that my body got used to it...So, I didn't diet for a week (I didn't eat everything but indulged on some foods I hadn't eat for a while), then I changed my diet. I was doing a low fat diet but I was consuming too much sugar so I made it low sugar also...I'm losing more weight but of course, not as much as in the beginning...Anyway, the ideal weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week...it sucks because we want to lose weight more quickly but that's the healthy way...Remember, don't get frustrated and don't give up...Good Luck!
