NOTHING!!! You should NEVER feed a wild animal. It might seem like a great idea now but when it starts shredding your house to pieces because it knows you have food in there it probably won't seem like a good idea any more.
Secondly any wild animal can react unexpectantly towards humans. Keep your self and your property safe and view the bear from a safe distance but by no means encourage it to hang around.

I assume you're kidding, but if you ARE the only person in the world that doesn't know, you don't feed bears. If you go camping sometime at a state park where bears are known to be, they will tell you to keep your coolers hidden because the bears have gotten smart enough to know what's in there. They will get it even if they have to break into your car to get it.

I dont suggest you feed wild animals like bears, as "familiarity" with humans usually leads to major problems.

BEAR WARNING:

In light of the rising frequency of human/grizzly bear conflicts, the Alaska Department of Fishing and Gaming is advising hikers, hunters, and fishermen to take extra precautions and keep alert of bears while in the field.

The department has posted the following notice:

We advise that outdoorsmen wear noisy little bells on their clothing so as not to startle any bears.

We also advise outdoorsmen to carry pepper spray with them in case of an encounter with a bear.

It is also a good idea to watch out for fresh signs of bear activity.

Outdoors men should recognize the difference between black bear and grizzly bear feces:

Black bear feces is smaller and contains lots of berries and squirrel fur & gut;

Grizzly bear feces has little bells in it and smells like pepper.

Nothing because bears can stop looking for their own food if you feed them.
In any other words bears are not selective over what they eat.

I too would assume your kidding but just in case.. are you serious? Not only are you putting yourself in harms way you are also sentencing the bear to death. Bears that hang out because they can get easy food are not usually relocated to the bushes but shot!

Really BAD idea! Bears are wild animals & can be very dangerous & unpredictable. If he finds out your yard is a food source, not much could stop him if he decides he wants in to your house, too!

Because of your last question, I suggest that you take a bag of large marshmellows and go sit on the swingset and hand feed them to the bear.

I don't recommend feeding bears in your backyard.

That's asking for trouble.

Although, natural selection could be at work here.

first, put out a table and outline the edges with deer blood and put a fan next to it to blow the smell to the bear. then remove you clothing and bathe in some more deer blood. then lie on the table...straight from your kitchen!

BON APPETITE MR BEAR!!!
