You have a slight anemia with the presence of possibly malformed red blood cells and indications of an infection or some sort of blood disorder.

In another words you have a case of anemia meaning that you have a low red blood cell count and the red blood cells you do have an unusual variation in sizes. There are also indications of some malformed red blood cells and the possibility that some sort of disease is present.

What you have could be anything from bone cancer to a deficiency in vitamin B12. This is only one test and it is not like a pregnancy test, it only means that there is something else that the doctor needs to look at. You should be concerned about this, but NOT WORRIED about it, not yet. The doctor has to do a lot of other tests before a diagnosis can be made, and I am nowhere near qualified to do that. There also is a possibility that the hypochromic analyses is a mistake introduced by the blood testing machine, but with the other results of the test I doubt that. The presence of Monocytes could be and indication of a presences of a disease or some foregin substance in the blood which could be an indication of blood posioning, or a dozen other things. It could also mean that you only have a simple Iron deficency. The only clear thing that I can say for sure is that you are ill for some reason and it shows in your blood work.

anemia: "a deficiency of red blood cells and/or hemoglobin. This results in a reduced ability of blood to transfer oxygen to the tissues, causing hypoxia"

The "measure of the concentration of hemoglobin in a red blood cell. It is reported as part of a standard complete blood count. It is diminished ("hypochromic") in microcytic anemias

"Anisocytosis means that the red cells are of unequal size. It is a feature of many anemias, and other blood conditions, and does not have much diagnostic value."
Anisocytosis also means "increased variation in RBC size."

"A monocyte is a leukocyte, part of the human body's immune system that protects against blood-borne pathogens and moves quickly to sites of infection in the tissues. Monocytes are usually identified in stained smears by their large bilobed nucleus"

it means you have anemia, and the most common cause for microcytic hyopchromic anemia is iron deficiency. Do you indulge more in junk food as compared to wholesome heathy meals? I think you should see a doctor for the condition. There are other diagnoses like have you been sick recently etc. Only a physician will be able to do full justice to your reports.!
