I used to have a web log, and recently, someone who stabbed me in the back earlier this year, had her friends place really sick insults and threats on my blog. By doing that, it confirmed that she stole or copied private info of myself and family (buisiness wise) I can handle a lot, no whimp what so ever, believe me, but just to beat the S**t out of her, is not the way of handling this, as she would have that against me, I want the truth out of her, but what's the best way of achieving that. I want to keep my cool, and make her look like the person she is, and make her apologize in public! (threats of hurting my animals, etc!) I know the comments came from her friends as they didn't hide that. It's really hard to control myself, and yes I did go to the police etc. but it keeps on knawing in my mind! HELP

We wouldn't make any money off the rent. His income from the police acadamey wouldn't pay for our mortgage, that is why we would be renting a small apartment. Any reason why this would be foolish? We've been in our house for six months.

I need help with social anxiety and depression? Since I can remember I was always feeling anxious and tense around group of people. I didnt know what was wrong though. I remember sitting in school in class or being in church and couldn't wait till leave it as soon as possible. And when I was out of there I felt so much better. I never knew what was the problem. I was 14 back than.Now I am 21 and I know that I suffer from social anxiety and depression. I get panic attacks whenever I try to socialize. It made my life miserable.I stop at the red light and I think everybody is looking at me and I get panic attacks. I can't even talk on the phone anymore. Its really hard for me to go to grocery store,I know if someone will talk to me I will get panic attack. It have been this intense for last 3 years. I dont have any friends now even though I used to have lots.I stayed home most the last 3 years having agrophobia. I need help,how can I beat it?Where did it came from? Any help appreciated.
