First of all, you are probably some ugly guy who is very awkward socially. I personally you should just be calm when you talk to girls. I think you should not stress for a "hot" girl. Just find someone you like.

Ugly or not. Looks haven't a large factor in it...haven't you seen the beauty and beast couples walking the streets everyday and wondered what the hell she saw in him...
Don't act desperate.
Girls like what they can't have, they like a challenge... don't be too easy to get.

self confidence is a big turn on for girls. it helps us feel secure. looks aren't as important as personality. you've gotta be funny, witty, charming, calm, and do not have this big ego trip going on that you should have girls all over you like will chamberlain. girls can tell when you have that ego and i must say that that is one of the hugest turn offs.
