Should no one be allowed to drop out of high school? Should it be required that everyone must eventually have at least a high school diploma in order to drive a car? In modern America, is it too much of a drain on society for not everyone to have a high school diploma?

Hmmm. Well I did drive a car during my senior year of high school. I don't think it should be mandated to where "you can't drive unless you graduate." Passing Driver Ed is needed to get a drivers license. But graduating from high school is important to succeed well in today's world. I just hope they don't require higher education like colleges or universities. I think high school is enough really. If you can make it through high school, you'll survive.

If we are going to require everyone to graduate from high school, we need to drastically change high school. Not everyone is capable of it. How could you enforce it? It's a nice idea, and in the ideal world, it would work; but as it is, some students just can't (or won't) cut it. In fact, I feel the current system is detrimental. We force feed our kids education, so it seems to be of little value. I think anyone who fails a class should be put on academic probation, and if he or she fails another class, he or she should lose the privilege of a free and public education.

I like the idea of only educated people driving, but again, how would you enforce it? Lots of people drive sans license every day.

Everyone should graduate high school. Americans in general have become lazy about school and work. With the way the tech has developed it almost required to obtain knowledge to survive.

i think everyone should graduate from high school....not to drive a car but just to get the education that is provided for you!! it is indirectly free to everyone!! it is paid for by your taxes so you should take advantage of it. not everyone should have to go to college even though i think people should go to college too but it shouldn't be inforced just up to high school should be inforce. you should try to get as much knowledge as possible. it will make more opportunities open up for you.
