I was in search of someone taking over my note, I found someone to take it over and my company is only an auto financing company they don't do refinancing. So my question is what do I do now? This person really wants the car and I really want to get rid of it out of my name. Any advice on what steps I need to take next?

I was just in the hospital and they said they did a cholesterol test and I have high cholesterol. I'm only 25, I want to overcome this while I'm still young enough to enjoy a healthy life. Anyway, I'm looking for a chart. Something I can take with me, out to eat, or whatever. So I can see how much cholesterol is in different things. Also, if you know of information about good AND bad cholesterol, that would be even better. Thanks!

hello, last thursday I was illegally evicted from my apartment. I owed late fees only totalling $1000. I never received a notice from my landlord for court and planned to pay the balance Friday. My mother had pulled up and saw when they first started taking my things out. There was no sheriff there. The apt maintenance crew packed my stuff. Several of my items were taken by them before they started throwing my stuff out. TV's DVD players, DVD's. my daughters dresser with all of her clothes in it. my dinning room table and chairs, my make-up kit and most of my coats and jackets. Also jewelry and all of my business documents (birth certificate, checkbook, rental receipts) are all missing. My neighbor upstairs said she saw one of the maint guys taking my tv out before they started the eviction. I also have a picture of my dining set in maint. storage, they wont return it. The landlord couldnt show me an eviction notice when I went to the office. Do I legally have grounds to sue them?

I have a continousl feeling like i need the toilet, took colofac but they have only reduced the amount of times I go the toilet, the feeling of needing to go is from the moment i wake up until the moment i go to sleep and is SO uncomfortable. There are stomach cramps too and back pain but just need to get rid of the "need to go" feeling! any help???

My keyboard suddenly stopped working, at first the only keys that worked were the g and h

5 minutes later they have also stopped working...

THis is not due to a spill, 2 hours ago EVERY keys were working, I have connected an external keyboard and the notebook can be operated that way no problem.

sit at home while he was having fun, so I went to a bar to try to meet new friends. While there I saw him with his friend and another guy. I live in a nice middleclass neighborhood of about 407 homes. many of us have just found out that 6 homes have been purchase by the housing authority to be turned into section 8 housing. because of this our homes will go down at least 40 thousand in value. how can we stop the city from turning those homes into section 8 housing. serious replys only. i am tired of helpless jibber jab. can we start a petition of some sort? oh and we are an HOA. (home owner association)
