Danielle,
You need to understand that you have legal and personal rights as a human being, and you need to ascert them.
When you Dad comes home, I think you should hand him a letter, one that you wrote telling him about YOUR side of the previous abuse, how it felt to be you, what it's like to be scared of your father, the black eye, the name calling.
In the second half of the letter, tell him that you WILL fight back this time, if anything like that occurs again, tell him you know your options, school counselors, DSS, the police, let him know that you are a capable, resourceful girl and not someone to play with. This will not only raise his respect for you but it will let him know that there will be real consequences for his actions.
Also, just a side note, try to get his Army commanders, or NCO's name and number, and call them first if anything happens. Having been in the Army for a decade I can tell you that NOTHING stops abuse on children like the US Army. They will have him picking up peables and mowing grass with a pair of scissors on the first indication that he is abusing you. These NCO's, and Commanders are a real resource for you. Use them.

Either talk to him about it, or someone else mature about it or u definitely need to go to the police!

Does your mom know he hits you? Do you have a favorite teacher you can tell. You need to tell this to someone who can help you.
Can you find the phone number of the child protection agency? Tell many people. Someone will help you. I'm sorry your dad hits you.
