I was just in the hospital and they said they did a cholesterol test and I have high cholesterol. I'm only 25, I want to overcome this while I'm still young enough to enjoy a healthy life. Anyway, I'm looking for a chart. Something I can take with me, out to eat, or whatever. So I can see how much cholesterol is in different things. Also, if you know of information about good AND bad cholesterol, that would be even better. Thanks!

the cholesterol results can be modified with proper exercise, diet, sometimes medication.... consumption of foods with cholesterol is only a part of this equation. eating foods low in fats (and you need to be aware not all foods list the worst fats.. transfats). check the labels on the foods you buy.
