My keyboard suddenly stopped working, at first the only keys that worked were the g and h
5 minutes later they have also stopped working...
THis is not due to a spill, 2 hours ago EVERY keys were working, I have connected an external keyboard and the notebook can be operated that way no problem.

ok go to system properties hardware -device manager
and disable ur keyboard and reenable if this doesnt work then try updating keyboard drivers if this doesnt work
try if this keyboard is workin in ur friends house
if its working at ur friends place then
call ur Hardware Eng and tell him to check motherboard Keyboard port

You need to get the keyboard replaced. That happened to mine.

is your laptop old? my old laptop keyboard went bad. my old laptop was a dell and most keys didnt work or if you pressed "y" it would show "5" instead. clean it out with keyboard cleaner or compressed air

My keyboard did the same thing an hour ago, I just restarted my computer and voila... it works.
