Answer C because there are two active verbs in it (washed and ironed). D is not correct because the two verbs are infinitives, not active.

The answer is C, 'Sandy' is the subject of two verbs; wash and iron.

C. Sandy washed and ironed her clothes.

"Sandy" is the subject. "Washed" and "ironed" are the verbs in the predicate. "Her clothes" is the object -- what she washed and ironed.
