This is an unsupported allegation. This means that it has never been verified as true. One of the principles involved in the meeting, Condi Rice, where such warnings allegedly occurred has vehemently denied that there was such a warning.
At this point, it sounds more like a lie and smear than a truth.
Not that I expect a liberal to be able to differentiate between propaganda and reality. At least not the dimbulbs on this forum.

Apparently she was no memory of this specific meeting, say Tenet and Black were "very worried" about an attack but the information was "nebulous". Remember she also said the August PDB was "historical".
Personally, I think she was full of $#it then and she's full of $#it now. She had no idea what to do about terrorism because she is an expert on USSR and was focused on the SDI (Star Wars) missile defense.

Because she just didn't care. That is the trademark of this administration: they honestly could not care less about anyone who isn't a buddy and major donor of theirs. It probably didn't help that Clinton suggested, you know, actually going after bin Laden. I don't know what it is with certain people acting like Clinton is some terrible villian who we can't ever listen to and who does everything wrong, but that mindset is definitely there.
