my mother got cervical cancer when she was 25 and then got it again at 35. She had a hysterectomy and it has never came back. My grandmother is now dying from cancer at 59. But my question is with cancer in my immediate family when is the soonest i should get a mammogram done?

I've been on a few dates recently with a divorced woman that i've known for years as a pretty good friend. She is my hairdresser in fact, which complicates things.

Anyway, the last few times I've asked her out, she agrees but then cancels at the last minute. So the other day I asked her for the second time about this trend and said "Hey if you don't want to get together just tell me and that's cool." She said, "No, its not that I don't want to, I'm just very busy." Well she is busy at work, I know that for a fact, and she has kids at home. But still I don't feel like I am a priority to her at all - I think she's either playing me or maybe trying not to hurt me - even though she is. What I don't understand is that she is such a nice person otherwise.

So, is she leading me on? Why not just tell me that she doesnt want to go out on dates but just be friends?

How should I confront her about this? I don't want to sound like a selfish jerk, but I gotta know where I stand with her.

Ok. SO i used to like this guy and at first, let's call him james. so james and i were pretty good friends and he didn't know i liked him.but then a few weeks later, he finds out and starts igoring me.and he still is and that was a year ago.anyways, i like james's best friend, let's call him kenny. kenny and i are great friends and i don't want our friendship to be like james.also, kenny might like his ex gf whose is a very good friend of mine.so what do i do in this little problem?

i've been off my period for four days...all during it i passed blood clots...now yesterday i started cramping again and spotting a bit...and today the spotting has stopped but the cramping is still there...has anyone had a similar experience? Can you tell me why this might be happening? Could i be pregnant or miscarrying? I really don't want to go to the doctor w/o good reason....

I'm 25 years old and 5'3''. I've never been this little, my weight has always ranged from 97 to 103lbs. My father has a tyriod problem. I've had blood drawn and they say they couldn't find anything. But it makes no sense why I keep losing weight. I even put myself on a nutrient diet to where I make sure I eat right, taking vitamins. I eat like a horse nonstop. I have spells to where I get dizzy and have to sit down, it's not all the time. It scares me on my mothers sde theres heart desiese, my fathers side is cancer. What is going on with my body? I'm not under any stress.
