You also can get HIV/AIDS from the so-called heterosexual "missionary position." So should all sex be outlawed?
There was a time in our country when anal sex was against the law in many states. For the most part, those laws have been repealed, as the government has realized it has no place in people's bedrooms.
In Lawrence v. Kansas, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that sodomy laws are unconstitutional (June 26, 2003).
Despite the Supreme Court ruling, Virginia's sodomy law is still on the books.

Did you ever take Biology? If you did, you were not that brilliant, were you? since when an act can cause a disease? where did you learn that? secondly, all unprotected (unsafe) sexual intercourse MAY transmit AIDS which is caused by HIV... and you can't outlaw something jus like that! where do you think you livin in? wonderland? Magic Land? wake up! try to outlaw it, and see the reactions! and well, the "jesus is lord" is meant also for this group or somethin? try to think a lil more, be intelligent, smart for a change!

Um, no, anal sex does NOT lead to AIDS. It is only one of many ways it can be contracted.
As for outlawing anal sex, the US Supreme Court ruled in 2003 that sodomy laws are unconstitutional.
BTW, did you know that not only gay men participate in anal sex?
That's right, some straight men like it up the butt, (via their wives or girlfriends wearing a strap-on)
Not only that, but there are some gay male couples who do not participate in anal sex at all!
Consider yourself educated!

Yea, it's a fairy tale... I thought I'd throw some magic beans out there, just as you did with the theory that Anal sex "causes" aids. Aids can be "caught" by any sexual contact where body fluids are transferred with an infected person... which, at this time, I'm more at risk of catching, along with HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, by sleeping with a heterosexual... go figure.

Sure, but only AFTER stupidity, ignorance, intolerance, lack of education, bigotry, hate mongering, lying, and just being plain ol' mean spirited...is sucessfully outlawed and enforced for no less than three generations.
Ah...but by that time those who want anal sex to be outlawed will have died off and it will be a none issue!!

anal sex does not cause AIDS. Promiscuity, Multiple partners, unprotected sex, protected sex that malfunctions and other things along that line cause AIDS. If there were two monogamous people that were virgins when met, and participated in anal sex that would not get AIDS. Someplaces it is outlawed. How would the police find out to press charges?
By the way Jesus is capitalized and so is Lord when referring to Jesus.

It isn't the only thing that causes HIV transmission, so I'd say if you do you better outlaw vaginal sex and oral sex too, which leaves you straights dry humping! If people want to end HIV transmission, they need to use protection.
Anal sex doesn't cause AIDS, HIV causes AIDS.

Anal sex does "not cause aids." A virus causes aids.
More than 80-85% of people who have AIDS are STRAIGHT. So, should STRAIGHT SEX BE OUTLAWED BECAUSE OF AIDS? YES!
Oh, and since gays are outnumbered 9 to 1 (AT LEAST) THAT MEANS MORE STRAIGHT COUPLES ARE DOING ANAL THAN GAY! Please get your facts "straight."
