First off are you just asking a question about loans or are you inquiring about scholarships as well?
As for the loan thing, assuming your credit is good or you have a co-signer you should be able to get a student loan without question. The first thing you would need to do, regardless of whether you are looking for information on loans or scholarships would be that you need to till out a FAFSA application. Go to FAFSA.com for more information on that. If you have already filled this out you need to wait for the worksheet that lists all of the information you provided in your FAFSA application to find out how much your EFC amount is. The EFC is the estimated family contribution that you will be expected to pay out of pocket. This could be satisfied in direct payments to your school (see the fin.aid office on campus for more questions re: that) or you can pull out a student loan through sallie mae, pentagon fcu, navy fcu, or other banking institutions that you may have accounts with, or even interested in applying for a loan through.
Next, if you haven't already signed up, I would recommend that you log in to military.com and view their spouses section. They have a lot of information on scholarships and stuff for each branch of service. Another awesome resource to check out would be the National Military family association (I believe that is what it is called) you have to pay an annual fee to become a member but the information is great! Plus there is additional information for other aspects of military life that are useful too!
The other thing that you can do is go to the fin. aid office at your school and see if there are any scholarships that you qualify for based on other criteria (other than being a military spouse). You can also do research online for military scholarships, military spouse scholarships, etc. I have seen a lot of scholarship information as I am also in school myself.
The more research you put in to it, the more information you will find. Don't be afraid to speak to other military spouses or even the education officer(s) on your base. Check out the base website for information on schools in your area and where to go to speak with your education officer, if you haven't done so already. Best wishes with this endeavor...

No! Now, that said there are programs out there. 1. MyCAA - up to $4000 over 2 years. Hubby must be E5 or below. Good for working on associates or vocational. Cannot be used for anything higher. May be phased out. 2. Post 9/11 GI Bill - he must have served at least 6 years and be committed to serving another 4, for a total of 10 years. But whatever he signs over to you is college funding that he cannot receive. 3. STAP - Spouse tuition assistance program, only for spouses who are overseas with their husbands. Limited to $500 per semester. Other than that.... apply for student loans and grants, and scholarships.

well if you are low income, which most military families are, you can apply for a FAFSA grant. but to find out more details you should visit an education center on post, they have a LOT of information on things that can help you. like here on Ft Riley, there is a community college that offers free college classes to family members and soldiers, the book is even provided, but that is not on all posts, that is why i recommend you see an education counselor.

No, I don't think so. You would probably qualify for grants and loans because your husband is in the military. Unless he is an officer you would probably qualify for having a low income.

If your husband is Navy or Marine, try checking this website: http://www.usmc-mccs.org/education/sta.cfm
From the American Legion: http://www.legion.org/?section=prog_evt&subsection=com_edaid&subsection2=com_scholarships&content=com_scholarships
Here is a good one from military.com: http://aid.military.com/scholarship/search-for-scholarships.do
Also you might try contacting the education office of whatever base you live on or near.
