i've been off my period for four days...all during it i passed blood clots...now yesterday i started cramping again and spotting a bit...and today the spotting has stopped but the cramping is still there...has anyone had a similar experience? Can you tell me why this might be happening? Could i be pregnant or miscarrying? I really don't want to go to the doctor w/o good reason....

i would go to the doctor. no one can tell for sure over the computer. you could just be having a wacky period. but, if you are miscarrying, it;s going on for way too long and you need an intervention.

very once in a while, I get all excited because I think my period is over and then it starts a little again. Mine is caused by uterine fibroids. The best thing I can tell you is to see the doctor. Better safe than sorry!

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/mLH5R

I'd at least call the doctor. Could be a strange period.

I've heard miscarriages are VERY painful!

well to me that sounds like a good enough reason to see a doctor! especially if it has to do with that part of your body! don't try to self diagnose. see a dr asap espectially if this is unnatural for you!
