StarTech VGAHD2HDMI component to HDMI. Does it really work for HDTV with only a DTV (YPrPb) component input? Or am I out of luck with my Mitsubishi HDTV, an older CRT rear-projection?

I am in middle school (6th) and I have liked this boy for 3 years and now he's in the eighth grade and I have noticed two things:
I am a couple inches taller than him, and hes always around his friends. I have written two notes...and he told me once that I shouldn't be afraid to say hi or anything to him...but its kind of hard to just walk up to a group where you are taller and younger than everyone and just say "hey!" This guy I know is really nice, and has a lot of friends, but I can't say anything to him at lunch or anything, because I chicken out. What do I do?

Some of the lies include these whoppers;
"Evolution has never been observed"
This is an outright fabrication. Insects develop a resistance to pesticides over a few generations. That's Evolution folks. Do NOT be led astray and told it's not. Because it is.
This rate of evolution is all that is required to produce the diversity of all living things from a common ancestor.

Here is another;
"Evolution violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics"
This one is funny because whoever tells this fib obviously doesn't understand thermodynamics.
The fact is, it would only violate the 2nd law if the earth was a closed system. See that big shiny ball in the sky during the day? That's the sun and it provides us will all the free energy we need. Making the earth an open system.

Here is another;
"there are no transitional fossils"
Patently untrue. But no matter how many we present to the creationists out there they simply plug thier ears, stamp thier feet and yell "is not! is not".

we diden't have this problem when I was growing up! What happen to people that makes them so weak that they prey on kids to redeam themselfs before they comment sucided?We're in trouble with the white-race and we need to fix-it! All the school shooting's have been white males and white kids? My friend had a very light period for about three days, all the blood that came out was a brownish color she also passed a clot. Her period was early by a few days and wasn't nearly as long as it normally is or as heavy. I told her to take a pregency test today and she did this afternoon, and it came up negative. Could she still be pregnant?

My friend and I are going to start bartending school soon and I was just wondering if the pay is worth it. We're both in college so working the night shift as a bartender works perfectly with my school schedule. I make $400 a week at my current job and quite frankly it's not enough for college. I'm hoping that bartending consistantly makes at least $600 a week or more. Best part of all I get to meet beautiful women every day! So what do you guys think?, should I go for it?

My friends dad ( I know this sounds crazy, but here goes anyway) traded a chevy lumina for a house and one acre of land. The deed states that this was exchanged between my friend and her husband and the first property owner. He gave the house to her and her husband and they are remodeling the house because it is in desperate need of repairing and intend to live there. So anyway my question is, can her dad take them to court and make them move out if his name is no where near the deed or there is no record of him ever exchanging money or anything for the house?The only record of anything being exchanged is between my friend and her husband and the first property owner.
