I am in middle school (6th) and I have liked this boy for 3 years and now he's in the eighth grade and I have noticed two things:
I am a couple inches taller than him, and hes always around his friends. I have written two notes...and he told me once that I shouldn't be afraid to say hi or anything to him...but its kind of hard to just walk up to a group where you are taller and younger than everyone and just say "hey!" This guy I know is really nice, and has a lot of friends, but I can't say anything to him at lunch or anything, because I chicken out. What do I do?

just have self-confident and since he tell u how he feel that is a good tip! but whatever it is always take him or other guys as a normal friend. don't ever plunge right in else u may likely get hurt as crushes does hurt even it is a mth old. take time to know about him and if both has a liking for each other, u will get the chemistry and truly i tell you it will be wonderful.on the contrary the faster and easier we dive in for love, the sooner we will exit cos the sensation comes and go faster. cos this is build on a weak foundation. best wishes meantime never ever neglect ur family, friends and studies.

You do not have to go afraid. Just get a guy who is less handsome than this boy and hang around with that guy for a few days. Make sure the boy notices all this without saying anything. See how the boy comes to you soon.

well be a good frnd and then tell him one day how u feel about it its not liek end of the world. there are lots of guys. i kno its going to be tuff to tell him but after you become good frnds it wont be. and hey loose the shyness.. because if you going to stay shy u wont go anywhere.. hope it helps

talk to him when hes not busy or just wear something red or pink or not really just talk to him in a soft voice

hmmm i'm a type of person that i always wait for the guy to express his feelings frist..but, If i were you i would take the chance and tell him, WOULD U LIKE TO GO TO A MOVIE? if he says yes........U GOT HIM

it shouldnt matter how tall you are or what the oustide shows, just follow your instincts and tell that boy your feelings.
