How does a person get fired from a job in such a way that they can receive unemployment benefits? If you do go on unemployment for a time, does it hurt your chances of landing another job?

Its a damn vicious circle all right. Please someone help me out.
Its not that I dont plan.. nor its that I am not diligent.
but it gets really awfully painful to find out that you are given into sloth.
You have the desire to do everything and have a lot ahead of you to do.. but.. butt.. then there you have it.
I just have to procrastinate that just a little more.. just a litte little more..
Please help me get out of this rut !! I might add that I am desperate

While looking on Google for the specifications of the old Commodore Amiga A500+ comptuer, I found a site that had pictures of the computer and the motherbaord, and I noticed that on every different revision of the motherboard, it has "B52/ROCK LOBSTER" printed on it.

This being a name of a really.. um.. weird... song. B52s - Rock Lobster.

This song was written about 5 years before this computer was created.

Any ideas as to why this is?

My husband has problems with only one of his feet. I'm going to guess that it is an ankle problem because that is where all the pain is. But it hurts him so bad that he really can't even walk. It only happens after he's been on his feet all day. A lady at his work has the same problem and had a name for it but he can't remember what it is.

Does anyone have any idea as to what it could be? And does anyone else have any similar problems?

I am proud mom of two boys ages 13 and 4. My four year old has Down syndrome, most of my fears stemmed from a lack of knowledge about Down syndrome. Up until I did my research, all I heard was negativity.

There is such a misconception of what children with special needs are capable of doing. My son has been such a blessing in many ways in my life. He has taught me so much about life. I took it upon myself to promote positive awareness through showcasing art, film, books and more that is by, for, or featuring individuals with special needs. I realized that the biggest issues I have with having a child with special needs are the negativity that comes from the ignorance of others. My concern is making sure he is healthy, but I also have the same concern for my child that doesn't have a diagnosis.

hey there, I have a friend coming from Canada (arriving at Heathrow) at 1:00am in 2 weeks time. I want to be there to pick her up, and then to take her into London. If her flight was during the day, I would just get the tube in, and then take her into london on the tube, however, as the flight arrives at 1am, I am not sure how I can get there and back (as the tube will stop running, i assume).

It was composed as a welcome song for King George hailing him as the 'Jana Gana Mana Adhinayaka' (the ruler of people's hearts and minds). Isn't it a shame to have such a song as a national anthem? Vande Mataram on the other hand is truely patriotic and evoked immense patriotism during our freedom struggle. Should it not be accepted as the national anthem?

For the past months now, I have been getting myself into alot of space topics. I really am starting to find this entire topic very intresting. I started from scratch, with our planets, solar system, galaxies, and I kept moving on..

Where am I now? Well, I just finshed reading about the cosmic microwave background radiation, which seems to be really amazing, considering its existent everywhere in our universe. I have also learnt about how the universe expanding, with the evidence that stars around us appear red shifted.

I never thought I would dig deeper than this, but I am, and now I want to enter this field.

Anyway, yea so I am investigating problems with the Big Bang, and there seems to be three really big ones, that I dont seem to understand.

1.) Horizon Problem
2.) Flatness Problem
3.) Density Flucation Problem

Anyone here have any knowledge on these topics?
