im 15 weeks...and My left side hurts like that too....it goes from the left side of my belly button down my left leg and stops about the knee...but Idk exactly...I told my doc. and she says that period like cramping is normal just cuz everything is stretching and moving.....that is how my period was so I am assuming it is the same thing...have you been to your doc. for your regular checkups? If so..they should have done a vaginal exam on you already..(papsmear..grr..not much fun) but if they have already done that they should know if you have a "normal" uterus or not...mine is tilted backwards...so most of my pain and discomfort is due to that..maybe you have a titlted uterus..(nothing to alarm about)....or maybe your just wearing the wrong kind of shoes that are causing strain in different areas ya know? I would write down all my concerns..like when my pain was worse....when it was better....etc.etc and anything else you can think of and when you have your next doc. appointment ask....thats what I do with my doc..and she gladly fills in the blank or gray areas for me....O also...get the book what to expect when your expecting *walmart will have it*..they tell you soo much helpful info..HEEHEE i didnt think that would help alot but...it really does, it puts your mind at ease and plus its very relaxing to read...good luck sweetie..hehee i think i may have given you more info. than you bargained for..but hey thats ok...heehee ;)

This is called stretching of your "round ligaments" or the muscles that support your uterus. As you know it is growing, and fast, so the muscles are forced to stretch with it. I am 23 weeks and get these pains on and off. As long as you have been to the doctor, and they have confirmed that your pregnancy is not ectopic, everything is great... GOOD LUCK!

pretty much. if it's too uncomfortable call your doctor though.
could be anything, but it's not likely. sounds pretty normal.
