i got acid burns in my right eye at work and lost the vision from it . after see a docor they sent me to for abount 7 months he said i need eye sugry . they fired me on the spot. i got attorny out of huston .she got me back pay on some workmens comp , but dont know what she did she just sent a check and said i would get paid till 1-9-07 after that it over . i want to know if there is anything i can do am i able to sue the insurance cumpany , now that i have proof i lost my sight for life and it happed at work

I have a boyfiend how I've been with for 3 1/3 years and I just found out that he cheated on me with I don't know how many girls. But the fuuny thing is that he didn't have enough ball to tell me before I got pregnant so now I'am in a major situation I really don't know what to do because we have a beatiful baby girl. Like I said I'm not sure what to do now. I just want to see what people think and say about my problem. Should I just forgive him and keep living with him or should I just pack and leave with our baby????

I am so fed up with the way society has allowed total access to everyone. Why are individuals so important that they feel they have to have full life conversaions out loud in public on thier cell phones? Do we really need to discuss everything we talk about while driving through the neighborhoods where my children are playing? Is it necessary to take a call while others are watching a movie? Why do people feel it's teir right to act like this? Don't they see how rude it is? Maybe it's me? am I too sensitive? Should I say anything to them or let them go on being rude?

My fiance uses my checking account without my permission. We live together so it's not like I can hide it from him when he already has my account #. We made a deal that he could use it as long as he put money in to cover whatever he uses it for. But everytime he uses it he never puts money in and than my account gets overdrawn. Should I close out my account and open a new one without his knowledge? We discussed it and I thought we both agreed but obviously not.I do love him but just not the way he handles money.
