To rika and tay: It was still a work in progress when I got it off 5fm and that's why it sounds so raw. And it's not the national anthem. It is in fact just "Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika". The South African National Anthem is a combination between "Nkosi", "The Call of SA" and "Die Stem".

Many thanks for that, it is great to know that there are alot of S.Africans around, even though I left SA 5yrs ago I still get a lump in my throat when the anthem is sung especially when the Rugby squad plays.
It,s a pity its not the complete Anthem

I really like our anthem.... But where were the English and Afrikaans bits?? Today, you made my eyes teary... I miss South Africa... I live in Australia and am really feeling a bit home sick... Would love to go over there for a quick kuiertjie !
