My house was built in 1986, about 3000 sqft, 2 story and colonial style.
I noticed some black stains on the roof and was told that it was molding. No leaks(maybe not yet ?) and no shades or tall trees around.
When I got roofers for an estimate, some said it's ok with re-roofing meaning putting new shingles over the exiting ones. Others said they need to take out the old and put down the new shingles.

Can I have your expert advice on this ? Thanks.

To use a metaphor we all can identify with,Indians are football, I am the goalkeeper and you are the players.

Councillor No 1: insulted people outwith his ward by calling them idiots in a press release. Councillor No 2 broke the secrecy rules of an association and bleated to his colleages and the Executive when asked to resign. Councillor No 3 has reportedly the worst ward in which to bring up children? yet he is repeatedly voted in albeit by a small vote count of around 180 votes. The Executive is to pay out large financial Golden Handshakes to retiring Councillors, many of whom are employed in day jobs or have large pensions or are company directors, Why Why Why. Money is best spent on the people and not in Golden Handshahkes, any retiring Councillor has been paid their expenses and work they diid on any council was their unpaid civic duty.

The question: Ok so theres all this extra water from Global Warming, that will apparantly leave 100 million people in poverty in ten years (refer to movie). How about if they built a massive spaceship, and sent it all up into space, leaving it in a blackhole somewhere? Wouldn't the sun ansorb all of it anyway? There problem solved! This could also be a solution for polluction and rubbish dumps.

My responce: No I'm not trying to be dumb. But think of the possibilites this would allow! I definately think we should try and fix this problem, before refering to this.

Ive had my nipples pierced for about 5 years (both of them). I know You're not suppose to keep the jewlery in while feeding the baby because they could choke. What I was wondering is....anyone who has theirs pierced or knows someone who has them pierced, were you able to keep the piercing while breast feeding, or is it just too much of a pain in the a$$, or are they just too sensitive to keep taking them out and putting them back in? Ill take them out if I have to, but Ive had them so long I feel naked without them. Thanks.

They've been there for over 5 years and are getting worse. It looks more like broken blood vessels than anything else, but no doctor seems to really know what they are or where they come from. They are not raised and do not itch or hurt in any way.

the reason women find politics so boring is because.. men think we know nothing about it.... And even if we do anwer there questions they fill the need to TRY to make a big arguement about it so ladys........ i say we refuse to talk politics because we know that we are the piece keepers at this moment in time.. in a world where man is at war............enough said???????
