Ovulation is when your ovary releases an egg into the fallopian tube, ready for fertilization. If sperm comes in contact right at the time that the egg is ready and released, then fertilization will likely proceed and you can get pregnant.
In a cycle, day 1 starts with the first day of your menstruation. In a normal and regular cycle, ovulation usually happens on the 14th day of the cycle. But since not everyone has a regular 28-day cycle (it can vary from 24-40 days), ovulation for some women does not take place on the 14th day - it could be earlier or later.

Ovulating is when you have the release of an egg or sometimes eggs from the ovaries. They travel into your uterus and await fertilization from a sperm. If this does not occur then the egg does not implant itself into the wall of the uterus and your body has a menstral cycle (period). If the egg is fertilized and implants then you are pregnant and you miss your period and your ovulation cycle stops until after your pregnancy.
You really need to research this topic more on line or go to the library and get a book about your body. It is very important for every woman to know how her body works. It really will improve not only your understand of how to get and be and deliver from a pregnacy but also how to have a better sex life and good femine health in general.

Ovulation is the time when a womans ovary releases an unfertilized egg into the fallopian tube. during this time the uterus wall becomes thicker and its blood supply increases so that if the egg is fertilized during intercoarse then it will embed itself into the wall if it is not fertilized then the uterus wall will come away and be expelled through the vagina [a womans period ]this occurs once every fourteen days after the last day of your last period.

During the ovulation period, the woman's eggs are in the womb, waiting to be impregnated by the man's sperm. If she doesn't become pregnant within a few days, the lining of the womb and all the eggs are washed out and this is called menstruating.

When you use a hand mixer to combine milk and Ovaltine you are ovalating. You must be sure to ovalate for at least two minutes to properly combine the ingredients or else the final product will be lumpy.
Personally, I prefer to mix my milk and Ovaltine in a blender. This method is referred to as Ovalending.

The periodic release of an ovum from the ovaries (usually from only one ovary). After the ovum (egg) is released, it travels into the fallopian tube, and from there is moved to the uterus. Ovulation generally happens approximately two weeks into the menstrual cycle.
