i have been seeing this guy at work and i realized that i felt in love with him.
He already has a girl friend. He has been with his girl friend for 10 years old.
Their relationship always have some conflict ! So he started to talk me over
the phone occassionaly. I went out with him twice.Recently he hang out with and he took me to motel but i refused to go because i felt like he"s using me for sex. I really felt bad about this ? i don't know what to do ! I really have a lot of feelings for this guy. Why is he treating me like this? I just so confused !

I have been ill for 6 months and i don't know why but he does everything for me and my (our) 3 kids but we never have that communication anymore ..Its almost like he's afraid to even talk let alone touch me because he'l hurt me..I've tried to talk to him but he doesn't listen he is pulling away I feel like Im losing the most important person in my life other than my kids??

My nursing job requires mandatory overtime, usually on a weekly basis. I want to continue to work without being punished at work for refusing to work extra hours. How can I legally do so? Are there any websites that address this topic? Short of taking the FMLA leave. I need to keep my job,but my child needs his mother too. Please give me any info you have on this subject. I work for a union organization if this helps.

i am married my husband and i have been split up for 3 months now and he is seeing another girl now, he say he still loves me and he is not over me,but he dont want me back,he told me not to wait on him.We have 4 kids togather and he only comes around once a month and stays for about 20 mins, this is tearing my 3 yr old apart and his daddy knows this.he acts like he loves and misses us so much when he is around but then when he leaves its like he dont think about us.i cant seem to get over him ,i am upset all the time i am trying to be strong for my kids but how can i be strong when i still love him very much, please help.i dont know what to do
