I would really love to live in a small town, where everyone knows eachother and where it snows most, if not, all the time. i love snow! maybe somewhere in new england? but can you be more specific, like a part of a state?
what about chicago?

Well, what about Lake Tahoe??? It is so freakin cold there that it is no wonder the northern part of the state (California) wants to unleash itself from the desert dwellers! And talk about SNOW!!! YIKES! It makes me freeze just to think of it.
Oh, but you said Chicago??? It snows there? Sheesh! I never woulda guessed it.

Honey, Chicago and small town don't go together! See if google will give you names of small towns (under 10,000 population) in northern states. Then go to mapquest to find where they are. Good Luck on that dream
