try rubbing alcohol but go slow as it spreads the ink. Use a lot.

here are some other suggestions (including more details on the alcohol one):

aerosal hair spray usually works for me....another possiblility is to soak it in milk. I'm not sure this works when you've already tried tons of things.

Here's a recipe for a general stain remover that works. Mix one cup of cascade, 1 cup of Clorox bleach and a gallon or 2 of warm water to dissolve the cascade. Soak the item in it for an hour or 2 and then wash as normal. If it is a colored item....dissolve the cascade with warm water then add cold water to cool it down before adding the clothing. Soak for several hours and then wash. When my kids were little, I got rid of so many stains this way. The clothing came out look bright and clean.

people always say use hairspray. i have beautiful laundry with little effort. i use arm n'hammer. i add soap to water and while it's filling, i add clothes which are in a basket already sorted. i wash. and dry hanging or flat if it is stained or important. SO EASY! if it doesnt come clean. i do it again. u r good as long as u dont dry in dryer! for anything i have washed w./o help...i take one last risk, even w/colors, before i toss, use bleach. what the heck? try it! ps-don't over fill so water and agitation can work it's way.

You could try to use baking soda and water scrub at it then let it sit for about 3-5 minutes then wash it and add more baking soda in the washer when you wash it.
