I just had a baby few weeks ago. I was 38 weeks then, but on that day, I did not go to the hospital for delivery. I went there for a check up. The doctor examine me and said I was already dilated 6 cm and I should give birth that day. I asked the doctor whether she was going to induced me and she said no. She said that it is not induction. She will only give me gulocose and will not break the water. I feel not ready but have no choice.
In just a moment she came and insert the tube of gulocose into my body and start inserting her hand. It feel realy painful. I don`t know what she was doing. After that they took me immediately into the labor ward, there, the water broke and the baby is born.

I wonder whether this is not call an induction. I gave birth in less than half an hour. If this is not an induction, what else could it be?

i have a brother who is 10 years old. he is slowly becoming mentally slow every day. I don't think it's possible, but i think he's becoming or developing a mental illness. He can't do simple task such as showering, brushing teeth, opening a can with the can opener, etc. Things that he has already learned how to do. He can't keep up in school anymore. The other day he thought mashed potatos were ice cream. ( he wasn't kidding). We have lived in the same house for 8 years now. About a week ago he asked me where the bathroom was. He wasn't like this before. I hate to say, but he's getting dumber and dumber each day. But here's the odd part, he can play and beat games like Grand Theft Auto, Tomb Raider, X-Men, The Sims, and the list goes on. My parents fight over this all the time. And it is splitting the family apart. My step-dad doesn't want to get him tested, he thinks it's just a phase. My mom thinks he's autistic or whatever. My grandma thinks he's got a memory problem. Help me out!

Current Nano 2GB owner with the iTunes program for the Nano. If I get a different type of iPod, i.e. original iPod.....

If iTunes can have more than one library.....can both libraries hold some of the SAME songs if I so choose without conflict?

How do i figure my self out? and who i really am ?i m 18 yrs old and my parents have controlled almost everything in my life and never let me do anything and now that i lke a guy i feel i dont now who i am really so how can i show him?I only had one real bf and felt like i was putting on a show of what he wanted to see to make him happy. I dont want to do that ever again all i really now is that i am in college like history and maybe want to do something with that or animals. Also i enjoy cooking and love my family and few good friends and enjoy being laid back. Thats all i really now and for my personality that i am shy most of the time and nice to all pretty much?I was never was allowed to try new things so i feel i have nothing to show people in my personality or who i am.

The agreement says that visitation will be agreed on by the
parents AND take place at MY residence one day a week.
It also says the wishes of kids will be taken into account.
Wife has used the latter to just put ALL the control in the
kids' hands; they of course don't want to be away from their
neighborhood and friends for even one day because they
know that would be disloyal to her. She is controlling them
without doing anything consciously, but it's a subtle way to
get around the agreement. I have always taken the high road
instead of threatening, etc. but my patience is wearing thin.
I would like to think the kids would eventually like to come to
my place one day a week, but I could wait forever and then I
would be even more alientated from them than since the
separation was signed. I have been visiting kids at THEIR
house on weekends for the last year; they have been used
to that and going to my house would be a slight change, as
I would bring them back Sunday.

I'm a 33 year old guy. Never been married. I'm straight. However, I don't have the best social skills. I can say hello, talk to a girl some, but I'm not good at having indepth conversations. Anyhow.
