There are freshwater aquariums and salt water aquariums.
In some sense they are the same and yet completely different.

Well, it depends on what the project's about. there are several different types of aquariums. The northern ocean fish (salmon, trout, etc.) prefer waters that are anywhere from 61 degrees F to 70 degrees F. they prefer cold water. Tropical fish, however prefer waters from 75-86 degrees F. there are different types of greenery (underwater plants, etc.) to put in too. warm-water fish like rocks and coral and those little wavy seaweeds. (have you ever seen Finding Nemo? Think like that) Cold water fish like those seaweeds that have little pustules on them, that you can pop. they also like rocks that have algae on them

It's kind of hard to help you when you don't really tell us what you need help with. Are you talking about glass and acrylic aquariums, different shapes, different aquarium environments or what?
