I'm a 33 year old guy. Never been married. I'm straight. However, I don't have the best social skills. I can say hello, talk to a girl some, but I'm not good at having indepth conversations. Anyhow. I'm looking for the right girl. What ages would be appropriate? Of course 18+. In the past, a woman more than 7 years younger was too much. What are your all's opinions on what age is too young and too old for me?
I prefer petite, thin or athletic, Christian, and younger than me.

My husband was 33 when we met and I was 27.
We met in church at a praise and worship night. We became friends and a year later we married. We have now been married for 12 years. So, for us 6years difference in age was great!!
The Lord will either open your eyes to see your wife to be or bring her your way. Just continue to be faithful in the little things and He will bring you your wife. You will know when you know.
Meanwhile, you have a great season of serving Him as a single man. God bless you! The most wonderful writings I have read about marriage are in a book called WHAT LUTHER SAYS...
then read the marriage section. It is great!!
God bless you!!!!

Age is a state of mind and people mature differently. My wife is quite a bit older than me and it's the best relationship I've ever had. By the way I'm your age. My first wife was 19 and I was 26 she was way too immature. Look at the person& their interests. I would look for someone at least in their 20's who has had a few more life experiences so you can relate better to her. Her personality, hobbies, goals and beliefs will be alot more important in the long run. Good luck man. There's someone out there for you.

Don't worry too much about age (as you said, as long as it's over 18, ;) ). Try to put attention in her lifestyle, it doesn't have to be perfectly, 100% compatible with you, but if you're more into lazy weekends out of the city, and she is 100% into the bar scene, party all night, sleep all day (or viceversa), probably you will find you'll be lacking some personal space. But don't go into a 'it has to be identical to mine'. Well, good luck!

well first of all 18 for you is more than a decade. so i would set my sights just a little bit higher. you need someone that has similar interest..remembers somethings from the past that they recall. also an 18 yr old may start considering you an old man. if you are a christian..you should be attending a church of your choice with women your age... christian singles clubs..are out there as well.

Each situation is different but some one two to three years younger than you works out best. However I would go between 24 and 30 for best results.

If you set limitations to love you will never find it. But of course look above 18 years old.
Good Luck Man.

i dont think age matters that much as long as both are over 18, myself, im 42 and like the older guys, they are more mature and growed up..and can sit and talk without getting mad and running off...but you should choose what you like and want. good luck tho...

listen love is a feeling , no matter the age.
I'm 22 and love a man who is 37, and am feeling great.
so just find love, without caring about age, she could be 18, she could be 40 - most important is when u find her to love her and to be loved.

If that's what you prefer then stick with it. However you are free to choose whoever you want to date. Keep your options open. You might just fall in love with your total opposite.
