Im a picky eater and I rarely eat anything good for me..I want to start eating healthy and lose some weight..Im not even big..Its just that I think I could lose a bit more because I feel like I gained some..I just dont know what I should eat or do to lose it and stay healthy..Please Help.

Question about Ad-aware and SpywareBlaster?

These 2 programs were highly recommended, so my husband and myself downloaded them onto our computers. Now we are noticing the internet (page loading) running much slower than normal. Is this just the tradeoff for using these programs or is there a way to set it up that we've overlooked?

security guards out there?

Ive been a guard since i have going to school. I tell ya what its a awesome job because you can sleep and do what im doing right now INTERNET. Anyone else a security guard or was one at one time. If so what was you're duties and where was you're favorite spot to take a nap or hey just tell me something or anything.

I'd like to get your opinion on this:

We were at a sushi bar, and I said nicely to the chef: "Make me something good."

If you were the chef, what do you think that statement means? The first thing that comes to mind..?

Christian Republicans vs. Christian Democrats?

How do Christian Democrats deal with issues like abortion and how much of it is garbadge ?
I am a Republican, but sometimes I wonder why ?
I just want really fair open views here.
I know Presedent Kennedy was Demorcrate, but he was also a full Catholic Christian, so abortion would have been out.
Or, would it have been ?
I am Born again, Holy Spirit filled Christian/ Roman Catholic,woman.
I have stayed a Republican, because I have been "told" that they are the most moral, morality believers, decent.
Is this true ?
Are Christian Democrats are trying to put more restrictions on abortions ? Are you in favor of Abortion?
Fighting / working to keep marriage pure,between a man and woman, working to keep same sex marriages illegal?
I just want to know.

How should I feel if my husband never gives me gifts in general?

I have been with my husband for 12 years, over the years I have noticed he is very thoughtless, Valentines, Mother's day , Xmas roll around and I never receive anything, not even something small, I don't ask for much either, but I feel kind of stupid when his special events role around and I have something waiting for him.I usually ask for one big gift a year and he can't even forfill my wish because he thinks its unneccesary but its something I wanted, anyway I always end up buying what I want myself and he always has a cow. I can't understand why and how he can be so cold hearted. He never shows any compassion towards me at all, I don't know maybe this is small but it bothers me, what should I do.

Does anyone want to be my online slimming partner?

I want to lose 2 stone in 6 weeks. I'm 5'5 and I currently weigh 11st. But I've decided that I want a new look and I want to be thin, cause I'm tired of feeling fat.

So I've decided to go on a fruitarian diet, where you only eat fruit, but you never have to go hungry, because you can eat as much fruit as you need to satisfy your appetite.

I want to go from 11st to 9st in 6 weeks....so that's on the 1st of November...2 stone is about 28lbs....
