Ive been a guard since i have going to school. I tell ya what its a awesome job because you can sleep and do what im doing right now INTERNET. Anyone else a security guard or was one at one time. If so what was you're duties and where was you're favorite spot to take a nap or hey just tell me something or anything.

Yea but i dont sleep and they gave me the internet so I wont sleep.

Walk my building once an hour then sit at a desk. All I do is make sure there are no fires and the machines are ok. Round takes 2 minutes

i am, as a matter of fact. i'm at work right now. it's one of the things i get to do in between business. i weigh trucks at a chemical plant and check people's access through the gate i'm at. today is a slow day. i don't sleep though. i always find a way to stay awake and be alert.

if you sleep or play on the internet, then you are not doing the job you were hired for. I hope you are found out and fired. As a former Dept. of Juvenile Justice corrections officer, I think it is people like you that cause problems for everyone else, because obviously you are not qualified to do the job.
Edit--then exactly what are you supposed to be doing? A security guard should have his eyes on whatever he is guarding, rather than on a computer monitor.
