Don't ever chop them off no matter how much they weigh, are you crazy?
Tell all the girls how much they weigh. Though I have no idea what 1kg is.
Also you might consider putting that on a tee-shirt. Put "My scrotum weighs 1kg" and go to the mall and stroll around. That'd be really cool.

Well I have never come across testicles that size before, and I worked six months as a pathologist!
I suggest you go and see your GP, you may have a tumour.
