This guy that goes to the same college as me, I've seen him around for sometime. But one day out of the blue he just gave me this really big smile and I smiled back. Then a couple days went by and he passed me while I was sitting in the break room again he smiled and turned to look at me. Again I smiled back at him. But now when he sees me he just looks at me with a really serious look for a couple of seconds and then walks on. The other day I was leaning down to get something off the table I looked up. I had a low cut shirt on but in a classy way. When I looked he had his head totally turned just staring at my chest. I don't know if he realizes I saw this, I don't think so. But then the next couple of days, he's back to just looking at me with a serious look again for a couple of seconds. What's his deal? Why did he change his ways. And why does he look at me so oddly? Is there something wrong with me?

a friend's boy has been exposed to it at school, and today has the symtoms (sore throat) but no rash. She's taking him in in an hour, but has 19 kids coming to a restaurant for his 8th b'day party in 5 hours..& doesn't know what to do. I told her to look for 'sandpaper like' skin, and red tounge, and redness in his groin & armpits, but I was wondering if any mom's reading this have known about S.F. without the rash & would he still be contageous?

I'm 26 and currently put away 20% of every paycheck into my 401k, plus I max out my Roth IRA every year. I feel like this is enough, but I never know. There needs to be a balance between savings and enjoying your life and money now... so how do others reconcile this decision?

Shes still hanging on to the fairytale that they could actually work out. I realize the fact that they share a child but the ex (who is female as well) has no legal ties to this child. They dont have sex.....altho I am not naive enough to really believe that. But they fight and basically have a rough go of things. The ex is only in town on the weekends. During the week my life being involved with this other woman is pretty good. We have a great time and get along well. We are very much involved in one anothers lives--except for the weekend--when the ex is here. We still manage to have dinner or something but still.........I want the whole package and not to be a toss off when the ex is here. I know that my own behavior has fueled the fact that she wont leave her completely. So, any suggestions how to make her realize (or me for that fact) that I am not going to be around forever if she cant make the decision she has discussed with me on many recent occasions?

my husband has been out of job for 2 years. I have tried to be patient. We have a mortgage. He doesn't seem to want to take on any jobs again. rather he would stay at home being a 'housewife' doing the cooking.

I felt let down and being on my own to support the family. His sister helps him out a bit in his share of mortgage payment but I don't think it will last. He doesn't have many friends and he doesn;t like to talk. I kept asking him to send out his cv to agencies but he still hasn't done yet. other than this, he is a good and faithful man. but I'm tired.
