I have a house full of stuff, and am a bit of pack-rat. I need to winnow down my stuff and get ready for a rented bedroom. Which I will be sharing with my son.(50%). For the pass 3-4months, i've been getting my period two times a month, i'm getting worried. Is that normal? I don't take any pills for my menstraul cycle or for anything. I'm 19, my period has always been crazy but i never got it two times a month and i'm not sexually active. Please help.

I have some PHP scripts which I want to test and I dont have the needed time to upload them on a server each time to test them. I want to know how can I test my scripts offline, on my desktop/laptop itself. I also want to test the mysql etc.
