Gold is precius metal scarcely available so also is corrosion &
not oxidised easily also it is universally accepted metal to measure financial value /strenghth of a country i e the contry having more gold is considered to be a reach country
hence it is known as noble metal

gold does not get spoiled by any chemical substances.
gold gets spoiled only if it is dipped in a solution called aquaregia hence it is known as a noble metal.

bcos no chemical reacts on gold what ever it is , thats y its said as noble metal . i studied this in school .
