I am 18 just graduated from highschool and in my first year of college and i met this guy matt that i like but my parents dont approve of the age difference he is 21 years old? how can i change there opinions?He is a very nice and sweet guy and he asked me too hang out too so i think he likes me and we have also been geting to know each other on the phone. How do i not start a fight with my parents?

If weight is the measure of the gravitational pull on something, then why wouldn't a heavier object with the same surface area(wind resistance) as a lighter object fall faster. Wouldn't its greater gravitational pull make it fall faster toward the Earth. Does it actually fall faster, but it is nearly incalculable because of its size in comparison to the mass of the Earth?

this is a honest question to a real problem. It seems that society has put labels on me that I can't shake. My familly has money and I am labeled as a rich snob and thats not the case. I am really, really smart and people don't want to talk to me because they don't think they can relate. I am a quiet person but not insecure, just laid back. For this people think I am arrogant. I do not have any vices and people think that I am weird. I am fairly good looking so people are intimadated. Let me give you an example?

I have a close female friend, and we get along really great. So one day I asked her if we did not work together and meetoutside, would we still be friends? She said no, so I asked why. She said because people like me do not talk to people like her. So what do I do? Its hard living a life alone because they are afraid to talk to you. People do not talk to me but once they do they tend like me?

I don't want to change who i am but I dont want to be alone?

1- A Mexican,Nicaraguan, Guatemalan & so on, who cross the border,bare foot, no food or enough water to work the dirtiest jobs.
2- The Eastern European, who cheat the Visa System, get student Visas or Visting Visas, or Fiance/Marriage Visa, then screw the sponsor (spouse) or the Visa & overstay.
I think the 2nd because I have seen the Eastern Europeans abusing & using our visa generosity & arranging fake marriages.
i think EMPLOYERS who hire ILLEGALS should make JAIL TIME TOO & a HUGE FINE or SHUT DOWN HIS BUSINESS !

Well, have you? I did at a team camp and we still won. Everybody on the court was confused. My teammate had called athe wrong play, and my coach was ok about it. that night, when we were watching the tape, we all were watching and he said nice shot BTW. i was like, well, i was confused. i always get confused b/c we swap goals at halftime. So the question is Have you ever done just that?

okay, my best friend thinks she was sexually harassed by a couple of my guy friends. She asked me for advise when it happened and i told her to just let it go because she wasnt sexually harassed. all the guys wanted wuz a little kiss and they even asked her if she would kiss them back and she said yes but when it actually came down to it she didnt want to do it so she backed off and so did they. the both guys did it at different times (btw). so i told her to just let it go becuase it wasnt sexually harassed. so i had to go to the bathroom so she went to other friend and she dragged her to the school advisor and told her everything. after that, my two guy friends were suspended for two days but now there back. my best friend wants me to be with her like 24/7 and i just cant put my life on hold for her. she wants me to like make sure that she doesnt bump into them but like there my friends......what do i do???
